Pastry cheffing

Tracy worked her way up in some of the most notable restaurants in Los Angeles. She began her pastry journey at the Michelin-starred Water Grill in Downtown Los Angeles. From there, she worked for James Beard Award Winner Suzanne Goin at her flagship restaurant Lucques, and went on a few years later to work with the esteemed Della Gossett at Wolfgang Puck's Michelin-starred Spago. She spent some time learning under beloved Los Angeles pastry chef Roxanna Julapat at Cook's County. Currently, she is a pastry chef at Little Dom's, Thom Yorke's favorite restaurant in Los Feliz.

She is available dessert catering and sweets tables.
